Membership Psychiatry

A more connected model of psychiatric care, built around time, trust, and the full picture of who you are.

●Time

Longer visits create space to understand your story, symptoms, goals, and treatment history.

●Mapping

Looking beyond symptoms to map the systems, patterns, and context shaping your mental health.

●Coherence

Care that adapts as we learn what helps, what changes, and what matters most to you.

●Support

Membership-based care offers continuity, responsive communication, refill support, and a provider who knows your story.
Resonance Psychiatry
Resonance Psychiatry was founded by Stephanie Blanshan, a nurse practitioner and psychiatric clinician with a background in family medicine, psychiatric care, and integrative mental health. Stephanie’s approach is shaped by the belief that mental health symptoms are not random flaws or failures. They are signals from a system asking to be understood. Her clinical work brings together medical training, psychiatric treatment, nervous system awareness, and a deep respect for the emotional patterns that shape a person’s life. She is especially interested in care that moves beyond surface-level symptom control and toward lasting transformation. Patients often come to Resonance Psychiatry seeking thoughtful medication management, diagnostic clarity, support for mood and anxiety, attention and cognitive concerns, sleep optimization, perinatal or hormonal transitions, and deeper support during periods of change. Stephanie’s role is to help patients feel clearly seen, carefully assessed, and supported with a treatment plan that honors both science and the full human experience.
