Stephanie Blanshan, PMHNP, FNP, founded Resonance Psychiatry to offer a more personalized, integrative, and transformational model of mental health care — one that looks beyond symptoms to understand the full constellation of factors shaping a person’s well-being.
Stephanie completed her psychiatry training at Johns Hopkins University, graduating at the top of her class, and brings a precision-based, whole-person lens to psychiatric care. Her approach integrates advanced diagnostic assessment, thoughtful medication management, biomarker-informed care when appropriate, and personalized treatment pathways that may include sleep optimization, cognitive performance support, pharmacogenetic testing, hormone and metabolic considerations, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for appropriate patients.
At the heart of Stephanie’s work is the belief that symptoms are not simply problems to suppress — they are signals. They often reflect deeper patterns within the body, nervous system, emotional life, and lived experience. Stephanie’s goal is to help patients understand what is happening beneath the surface and create treatment plans that support meaningful, lasting change.
Resonance Psychiatry was born from Stephanie's desire to practice psychiatry in a way that honors both science and the complexity of being human. To Stephanie, healing is not only about feeling less depressed, less anxious, or more functional. It is about helping people reconnect with clarity, purpose, emotional truth, and a deeper sense of alignment with themselves and their lives.
